STEP 1: All the Students who are eligible must visit the Official UMIS Website to get register for the Tamil Nadu 1000 rs Scheme online.

STEP 2: Now on the homepage of the website applicant need to enter User Name and Password.
UMIS Number
STEP 3: The user name refers to the EMIS/UMIS Number that you may get from your respective institute nodal officer.
STEP 4: After entering the Username and Password now applicants need to enter the Captcha code properly, and click on the Login option.
STEP 5: After that you’ll be redirected to a new page, here the applicant must enter their Aadhar card number and click on the Send OTP option.
STEP 6: Now you have to enter the OTP that has been sent to your registered mobile number and then click on verify button.
STEP 7: Now the Application form will appear on your screen, the applicant has to enter all the required details in the application form.
STEP 8: After entering all the details the applicant must quickly recheck it and click on the submit option to complete their process.
