On 24 August, 2024 while presenting the fiscal budget of the year 2024-2025 the CM announced the total budget under this scheme. INR INR 649.86 Crore has been allotted by the authorities for all the approved applications and INR 240.73 crore has been allotted for sanctioned applications. Under this scheme the Government aims to provide a financial assistance of INR 1,00,116 to all the selected beneficiaries under this scheme. Eligibility Criteria For Kalyana Lakshmi Scheme
- Applicant must be a permanent resident of Telangana State.
- Applicant Bride should be 18 years of age.
- The Applicant bride must belong from financially weak family.
- Any female who belong to SC, ST, OBC or other SHG groups are eligible to apply under this scheme.
- Bride’s family annual income should not be more than INR 2 Lakh.
